Mr. Williams tells his female friend in the room he has to throw up again. He gets up and walks to a door, i guess, lead ing ing to a bath. While at this particular point she is not paying attention as he walks out of the room, she hears a loud sound. When she turns around to look, she sees mr. Williams on the ground.
