Where the hurricane entered the island and one right now the main problem is that there is no electricity and no water and gas supplies have not reached the area and there is rationing of food. We are here at a super market in the area one of the few open currently and the customers are telling us that the owners are rationing the food and people can only buy up to 10 items and have all sorts of food but only 10 items per family, there are dozens of people waiting in the line, they are here since early this morning.
