Incident is look at anything and everything that came from that location to insure that nothing has already been shipped here that could be a danger to u.s. citizens. and to that end the ny pd which has its own terrorism task force investigated a suspicious package that originated in yemen and was on a ups truck that moved from queens inch to brooklyn. we reported on the truck earlier that it had been surrounded by a bomb squad at a shipping dock in brooklyn. it turns out that that was not a threat, that there was no bomb on that truck, but because of where these packages came from the nypd wanted to investigate that particular package on a ups truck that was already in brooklyn, megyn and that situation turned out to be all clear. megyn: so we ve got the all clear in brooklyn and we heard earlier in queens as well. as far as know there is no active situation in the state of new york where they are looking at a potential bomb or bomb scare or ups scare, correct. reporter: correct. ....

Something that may potentially be related. she has a report now on what is hang in portland, maine. reporter: it s important to include it, because it is a heightened situation of alert that authorities are working under all over all along the east coast. up in portland, maine here is what i ve been told. there was a suspicious backpack, a package outside of the federal courthouse, just outside hidden in some pushes. they evacuated the federal courthouse which is located at market and federal streets in downtown portland, maine right about the time that all this was breaking across along the eastern seaboard and across the pond all the way to the u.k. they were watching this very closely. weren t sure they would actually find anything and they did. the u.s. marshal s office is located in that federal courthouse. they did not evacuate but the rest of the building is. in fact they have extended the line cord dong off the federal courthouse not letting anybody come not just in or ou ....
