Netflix New York City icon Fran Lebowitz has teamed up with her longtime friend and fellow New Yorker Martin Scorsese for a new docuseries called Pretend It s A City, in which Lebowitz dares to ask hard-hitting questions like, Do you think it s fair to bring a book into Times Square? The series (the duo s second collaboration) shows straight-shooter Lebowitz traversing the city from Midtown to the Queens Museum and unloading her no-nonsense observations (Scorsese also gets in front of the camera at times).
