FOUNTAIN, Colo. (KRDO) A Fountain pastor turned himself in Tuesday to police after being accused of sexually assaulting a child.
On April 23, the Fountain Police Department began an investigation into a report of a sexual assault on a child involving Kevin Try Daniels Sr., 52, a pastor at New Jerusalem Missionary Church.
On April 27, Daniels turned himself in to the Fountain Police Department and was arrested.
He has been charged with the felony crime of Sexual Assault on a Child by One in a Position of Trust.
Now, FPD Detectives are asking any additional witnesses or victims to come forward.

SOUTHERN COLORADO â According to the Fountain Police Department (FPD), on April 23 investigators began looking into a report regarding sexual assault on a child at the New Jerusalem Missionary Church. One of the pastors, 52-year-old Kevin Troy Daniels Sr., turned himself in to police on April 27.

FOUNTAIN â For the second time this week, the Fountain Police Department is asking for help identifying potential additional victims of sexual assault related to a recent arrest.
According to Fountain PD, 32-year-old Wayne Walter Lambert was arrested on Wednesday for charges of sexual assault, unlawful sexual contact and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
Investigators believe Lambert met a 15-year-old through a social media app.
