Murphy USA announced Monday that it had reached an agreement to acquire the Whitehouse Station-based convenience store and gas station chain for $645 million. Murphy is a “leading retailer of gasoline and convenience merchandise” with nearly 1,500 sites located primarily in the Southwest, Southeast and Midwest United States, according to a release from Murphy USA.
