“What s really great is that we re integrating with the New Hope Visitors Center,” Rausch said.
“If you can almost picture inside the visitors center having posters on the wall, and then all the posters having the QR codes and also NFC (near-field communication), where you can kind of just go near with your phone and it triggers an action,” he said. “We re implementing some really cool things that will really get people engaged, see what s going on, and then take that next step with their phone.”
The app’s true purpose, Rausch shares, is using technology to connect people with New Hope’s offerings so they can turn off their device and explore the world around them.

The New Hope Automobile Show will return in person this summer, one of a number of events planned this year by the New Hope-Solebury Community Association to support students of the New Hope-Solebury School District.
With many of its events canceled last year due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the association spent the down time planning a series of events to encourage the community to get out and enjoy the spring and summer weather.
These include an outdoor summer concert series, adult and youth tennis and baseball tournaments, and the return of the internationally recognized New Hope Automobile Show.
