Not wanting to get educated in this country but because of the greed of the corporations who hire foreign students because they get a cheaper price for their product of intelligence. Okay, henry. Well, look, as i said earlier, most or many, many foreign students after getting their advanced degrees or their college degrees, their bachelor degrees are now returning home simply because Economic Opportunities are much greater in some of the emerging nations in the world. That is why we must win the future. That is why we must maintain our preeminence in Higher Education, science and technology. So the days when they would stay here simply because they had more Job Opportunities i think those days are gone in this age of globalization.
