The environmental rules cannot unduly compromised their reliability. No matter how great the environmental cost . There is a balance that needs to be struck. How do you strike that balance if you dont know whether Climate Change is happening and whether human activity plays a huge role whether the consequences of doing nothing could be dire and expensive which i assume expensive is a word they would fit into that calculus. We look at what the impact on our ratepayers would be in the benefits to the environment under the proposed rule. But the impact on your ratepayers could be felt through Climate Change as well as through the rates that they pay could they not . And thats not part of what you looked at them part of your analysis . The benefits have been put forth by the epa in their plan and we are weighing the costs against the benefits that the epa has proposed. This has been an eventful and the commission has received more than its fair share of attention and an unprecedented level of civic engagement. Americans called for a Strong Network neutrality rules and 140 members of congress engaged in the process and president expressed his opinion as well which is into something that we should be and in there is to doubt. Western countries to the economy of ukraine is the most important thing. Thats not my responsibility. But i just wanted to say, i think thats the most important thing. We are supplying military assistance to the ukrainian military. The president just made an announcement about a week ago about military assistance and a number of categories, vehicles and so forth that i think will be of material assistance to the ukrainian military. There are also under consideration and, yes, it is under consideration some additional categories of assistance which are defensive lethal assistance and those are being considered. I think they should be considered. And ive said that before. But it is a complicated decision that involves other kinds of assistance that were giving and the paramount fact which is that we need to support the ukrainians politically and economically and in particular our nato partners and our european allies need to support ukraine economically.
