ONE of the biggest carnivals in the Southampton area has been cancelled for the second yrear running because of the pandemic.
Organisers of the Totton and Eling Carnival - due to have taken place on June 19 - have announced that the event will not take place.
Writing on social media they said: As you re probably expecting the committee have come to the decision we will not be going ahead.
We want to continue to keep our community safe and think it s too soon to be organising such a gathering just yet. ....
