Netflix s crackdown on password sharing has led to a surge of 5.9 billion new subscribers. The company expects continued growth and plans to expand the crackdown globally.
Netflix will impose a total ban on account and password sharing in several countries such as India, Croatia, Indonesia, and Kenya, from July 20 onwards. The main objective of this move is to boost revenue growth.
The company sharply cut its FY24 revenue growth estimate on the back of an uncertain global environment. Infosys now sees revenue growing just 1-3.5% in constant currency terms, against 4-7% earlier.
