The buildings, not over night and not without financial help or incentive, but a phased program over time that is reasonable so we can fix those buildings, and for the smaller soft story buildings and especially in San Francisco and the houses over garages we need information and incentives and coaxing the people along and each of the owners want their house to be safe enough. We want the system and not just mandate everybody. Thats right. I hear about people talking about this concept of resiliency. As youre fixing your knowledge youre adding to the city wide resiliency. What does that mean . Thats a great question. What spur has done is look at that in terms of recovery and in new orleans with katrina and lost many of the people, hasnt recovered the building stock. Its time for us to have a home that all of us can be proud of. And we couldnt do this without everybody working together on the one goal, which is, lets build something that reflects the honor of hetch hetchy, the honor of the greatest engineering feats, reflects what our puc does for our public, and for generations to come it will educate everybody. Im really proud that one of the greenest and most sustainable buildings is here in norm in district 6. The wind turbine, the solar power, the living machines, recycled water that ed and the mayor has already spoken to. And whats also amazing about this building is its not just internally, but you can actually see it on the outside. So, when people are Walking Around the city they can actually see the green and environmental aspects. Have adjusted my directors report to reflect, our action item and serve, the report each month, on goals that have so i just wanted to let you know that the quarter two, for 2013, or the First Quarter two of 2013 for the dashboard and we will have complete this week and you will be getting a copy of that. We are working with ken stram of two Bridge Communications to design some surveys for us. Two of the surveys are to reach out to the departments, and now, that we are we have been in the Assistance Center has been in existence, we want to do an analysis on the effectness of the department of our department, the center as it relates to the departments to see, are we, or are the clients that we serve, more informed when we come to engage, are we hoping to make their jobs any easier .
