How some of the issues that are most pertinent to this im glad that a lot of people are mentioning that this time as well as opposed goal of that shortterm rental is to help people why not why cant they make a little bit of extra money it doesnt while we do that the very people that dont have a place to live are hurt equally so if you have 10 thousand rooms that could become bedrooms in San Francisco you have someone allowed to do the airbnb thing now all of a sudden that person can make 3,000 a month rather than 3,000 at this point it becomes lets say 7 thousand rooms 10 thousand rooms fighting not 10 thousand but 7 thousand its basic economics prices are going to increase in the meantime, people come up and give their story im sympathetic im in the exact same boat but while you help those folks that have a place to make that infrastructure little money while the prices increase the person that doesnt have a place are going to be ....
