Priyanka Chopra Jonas would 'love to visit Lancashire'


BOLLYWOOD megastar Priyanka Chopra Jonas has revealed she would be up for visiting Lancashire if she ever got the chance.
Priyanka was speaking to writer Neetal Parekh and said despite never having visited Lancashire, she was keen to drop in for a ‘home cooked meal’.
The Bollywood star, supermodel and star of the ABC thriller series Quantico, also got a crash course in Lancashire football teams including Blackburn Rovers, Preston North End and Burnley FC.
Last year, her pop star husband Nick Jonas came to Rossendale for a glamorous photoshoot.
Priyanka said: “I haven’t been to Lancashire but I definitely know about it. It’s been sort of conducive for filming somehow so it has been brought out many times but I have never had the opportunity to go there. Maybe invite me and get me a home-cooked meal one night.” ....

A teacher is making online videos with children to tackle myths in South Asian communities about the safety of the Covid-19 vaccine.
Neetal Parekh, from Preston, believes the language barrier is one reason why some older people have been scared to have the vaccine.
She said many were being misled simply because they do not know enough .
The 36-year-old has created a collection of short videos of young children urging their grandparents to have the vaccine in a variety of South Asian languages such as Gujarati, Hindi, Punjabi and Urdu. ....
