Safe community. but i think so many people are just finally feeling like they can take a breath for the first time in almost two months. that tension now has moved over across the state line to the washington side, near pullman, washington. in that community where the washington state university graduate student, bryan kohberger, is now a suspect. we went over to his apartment that was being searched over the weekend. we spoke to a woman who lives just below him. she said that their interactions had been cordial. however, she noted that during the time that he lived above her for the last four months or so, he was always making noise in the middle of the night. she said she never heard any noise during the day. but at 1:00 or 2:00 in the morning they would hear the vacuum, a lot of noise. it disturbed their sleep. it created a bit of tension for them, her and her husband and her kids. then she said in the last couple of weeks, she hasn t run into ....
