New BTA unites former warring MILF, MNLF rebels

Marcos Jr. on Friday led the oath-taking of the new members of the Bangsamoro Transition Authority (BTA), the interim government of the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM). What was not given prominence by the media was that with the new BTA, former warring members of the Moro National Liberation Front (MNLF) and Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) have been finally united under one Bangsamoro autonomous government.
