The facility features the Dairy Café, with coffee and ice cream; The Kitchen, a farm-to-table restaurant; and a boutique hotel. Also within the building is a small butter plant, Paoli Brand Creamery Butter.
Crews have recently begun to clear land at the intersection of Crile and Old Crile roads in Concord Township, where residents John Nekic and Brandon Dynes plan to build a new creamery and car wash.
