Nomaza Gexa of Mbekweni is R12 000 out of pocket after paying an alleged architect, Junaid Adams, for a building plan in 2021, never to hear from him again.
Three Lesotho nationals, who are allegedly part of a syndicate, were arrested on Tuesday in Mbekweni for being in possession of stolen Spoornet signal and copper cables worth R900 000.
