47th anniversary programme of Shilpakala Academy begins BSS 20th February, 2021 11:54:48 A two-day programme marking the 47th founding anniversary of the country’s leading cultural institution Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy began on the academy premises today. The programme began with the hoisting of the academy flag at 10am. A discussion and cultural function was arranged at Nandan Mancha at 6pm. State Minister for Cultural Affairs KM Khalid joined the function as the chief guest with Shilpakala Academy Director General Liaquat Ali Lucky in the chair. Cultural Affairs Secretary Md Badrul Arefin attended it as the special guest and Shilpakala Academy Secretary Md Nawsad Hossain gave the welcome address. ....
