Kappu Bilupina Naduve is about incidents that take place at Devagiri village near Kanakapura. The village has no proper road to connect to the main road that leads to the nearest city. The other problem is that it has no electricity. And as per one of the lead characters, ‘the village’s name is Devagiri but it becomes a place for devils after sun sets in because it has neither a proper road nor electricity’.
