Four. Pg e has turned the power back onto about three quarters of its customers. 543,000 customers have their electricity back on. About 195 customers are still waiting for their power to be restored. Meantime authorities are investigating the death of a man in pines in El Dorado County which could be linked to these outages. Officials say the man in his 60s died shortly after his homeless power. He was dependent on an oxygen machine. There is an ongoing effort to restore power to all the customers who were affected.
