and you are watching velshi on msnbc. i am charles coleman jr. filling in for my friend ali velshi. like so many different places across the country, july saw record breaking temperatures in the state of georgia. well, for donald trump, the last two weeks, it s about to get hot as fish grease. and with that, we begin this morning with the latest details out of fulton county, georgia, where a possible fourth criminal indictment of the former president could be filed in a matter of days. the state s former lieutenant governor geoff duncan confirmed just yesterday that he received a notice to appear before a grand jury on tuesday. additionally, independent journalist george chilly also said he received a call from the office of fulton county district attorney fani willis that also asked him to come in on tuesday to give his testimony. these are the clearest signs yet that willis will present her case to the grand jury in the coming weeks in pursuit of criminal indictments in the
