The Indian government has identified 44 mission mode projects, and that NeVA is one of the projects to facilitate paperless Assembly, Manipur CM N Biren Singh said.
Manipur Chief Minister N. Biren Singh launched the National e-Vidhan Application (NeVA) in the Manipur Assembly on Tuesday, making legislative activities paperless.
A tender has been issued for the development and procurement of the software and the entire process is being conducted through the e-tender portal. The new software is expected to bring a host of features aimed at facilitating a seamless and structured conduct of sessions within the assembly, a state government spokesman said.
