Bamberg County recognized for preparedness by National Weather Service after EF-2 tornado; certification valid until January 12, 2028.
Officials from the National Weather Service and Palm Beach County met Tuesday to review many storm-readiness considerations, ranging from the availability of a new, experimental forecast tool for storm-tracking this year, to a checklist of essential storm supplies.
