Id have to say the wind is about 40 to 45 miles per hour. But some gusts can feel up to 60 miles per hour. I want to give you a glimpse of this beach. This is the southfacing beach here in oak island. Im going to ask my camera man to pan because in three hours with high tide, ali, you will not be able to see this beach and i probably will not be able to be standing here because, again, this hurricane, and i have to emphasize this, wants the eye passes us west, thats when the direction of the wind is going to change.
