Sungbo-Eredo Heritage in Ilara-Epe, Lagos State that spans 160 kilometres has been in existence since the 13th Century. Being the largest monument in Africa, it is set to join the global monuments as it will place Nigeria as the global tourists’ hub. This is so because it enjoys the support of the French and American governments which will enable it to get global recognition from the United Nations Educational, Social and Cultural Organisation (UNESCO). CHINAKA OKORO reports.
