中秋節腳步近，秋老虎威力仍強，台北高溫最高到33℃，國立台北科技大學和台北市政府合作，研究發現人行道透水鋪面在暴雨下提高吸收雨水的效果，烈日高溫下可降溫約3℃，減少地表積水並減緩熱島效應。台北市政府近年推動「海綿城市」，持續更新減洪治水工作，在工務局新建工程處規劃下，2020年底完成「忠孝東路東、西路段及周邊人行環境改善工程」1至3段工程，整合捷運站出入口及人行道，路面採用透水鋪面鋪設，取代不透水的瀝青或混凝土鋪面。 ....
