Juliette Duhaime has won the National Stand Up Paddleboard Championship for Argentina for the past three years.
What seems even more incredible is that she never stood on a paddleboard until four and a half years ago.
When Duhaime first stepped onto a paddleboard and began to move, she knew this was a sport she was going to love. She participated in sports her entire life but never undertook water-board sports. After her first year of learning and enjoying the sport, she joined paddleboard competitions and attended every single event, clinching her first National Championship. The next year and subsequent years, she won all her events, beating all of the women and many of the men.
