A team of talented High School Students from Long Beach Polytechnic High School are the first place winners in cspans National Documentary competition. Studentcam. Cspan partners every year with spectrum for this competition which has dunes create short documentaries about an issue of national importance. 5000 400 students from across the United States participated creating films that reflect their interests and passions.
