Group inaugurates obelisk marker of Jose Abad Santos in Carcar City
The dedication ceremony of an obelisk marker in honor of the late Jose Abad Santos was led by LKML’s Worshipful Master David Alexander T. Patriana in coordination with the DPWH 2nd District headed by District Engineer and Masonic member Engr. Leslie Anthony Molina, local government unit of Carcar City represented by its City Administrator Roger Montesclaros and Council.
