The presiding officer the senator from louisiana. Kennedys mr. Kennedy thank you, madam president. I want to talk for a few moments this morning about money, 5g and radio waves. Mr. Kennedy a radio wave is nothing more than electromagnetic radiation moving through the air. Thats all a radio wave is.
