Reporter with little light and a lot of rain. A crew fished this car out of the river. Police said no one saw the 61 yearold woman drive into the water. But rowers were there to help save her. I heard some people yelling or screaming or something. Nobody knows what that was or where it came from. Reporter shawn is the coach with the rowing association. He was in a motorized boat. And two row rs saw the car in the river. One of his rowers dove in to pull the woman out. He jumped backhe managed to find her arm. And pull her out. I got her offoat.
