Prime Minister Violeta Bermudez on Sunday affirmed that the Government is focused on negotiating the purchase of as many vaccines as possible to ensure the immunization of all Peruvians. The Executive Branch seeks to ensure the availability of vaccines for all Peruvians residing in the country, Bermudez told the press after the handover ceremony of goods donated by the Lima 2019 Pan American and Parapan American Games Special Legacy Project to the National Family Welfare Program (Inabif). A second batch will arrive in weekly shipments of 50,000 vaccines. We do not know the exact day, but they are scheduled in March, she said.
