But how a bill really becomes a law, you know, it depends on whos in the room, it depends on whats happening nationwide, it depends on who the president is, its so many different things. So we were able to do this. So a year ago we passed it in the senate and tomorrow i believe were going to pass the conference report. The agreement will cost roughly the same as the senatepassed bill and well blow the last wrda bill. I have to say why.
