Reporter a day later passengers a bit uneasy. its scary because you never know whats going to happen. You know, these days, everybody has guns and youre taking a chance where ever you go i really believe that. Reporter this man was detained shortly after the shooting, then later released after police determined he was not the gunman. Bart officials describe the shooter as a 6footthree African American man, last seen wearing a green hooded jacket, blue jeans, red and black boxer shorts, with tanmilitary style boots and a backpack. i aint going to say i hope it was targeted, but if its random, if its, um, people shooting people randomly, then thats really scary. Reporter bart spokesperson jim allison says not all cars on the trains have Security Cameras, but some do. Its unclear if one was installed where the shooting happened.
