schools. it does not make common sense. the teachers union says this is a rush to judgment and the district s own investigation found no wrongdoing by the teacher. i believe in the good work of this teacher, she has not been found guilty of anything. they paid out $30,000? paid out 30,000 hours? yes they did a settlement, that is not uncommon, that does not show that there was wrongdoing, the district likes to get things going and keep things going and get things settled. whatever the case, that teacher has been assigned to a non classroom support position, basically taken out of the classroom and original teacher has been brought back. so, what we have is a rather unfortunate story on a number of different fronts. upset parents, teachers at feels that they re being unfairly accused, an administration that clearly mishandled the situation and is now trying to rectify it. what about the kids in all the shovel? they re trying to learn. it is the first week ....
