The Coronavirus pandemic has had a significant impact on everyone’s lives-especially children. Feelings of anxiousness, worry and constant uncertainty can be overwhelming. The pandemic has put a large strain on many young people who were already struggling with their mental health due to a lack of support, social isolation and other traumatic experiences.
