Feb 22, 2021 3:55 PM Lisa (Hall) Coney, 52, of Battle Creek, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, February 17, 2021 at her home. A celebration of her life will be held at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, February 23, 2021 at Lighthouse Funeral & Cremation in Union City with Pastor Carol and Victor Brown officiating. Interment will be a Riverside Cemetery in Tekonsha at a later date. Visitation will be held from 2:00-8:00 PM on Monday, February 22, 2021, also at Lighthouse. Lisa was born in Hazard, Kentucky on December 8, 1968 to Carol Brown and Jimmie Ray Hall at the Hazard Appalachian Hospital. She attended school in Combs, Kentucky until the age of 10, when she then moved to Michigan with her mom. She then began attending school in Michigan. She was always a straight A student and enjoyed school. She graduated from Tekonsha High School in 1986, where she played softball and was a cheerleader.
