科技執法抓違規北市馬偕醫院違停件數不減反增挨轟淪搶錢工具 - 生活

2年前北市在市府轉運站前方公車停靠區推出科技執法取締車輛違停，成效良好，今年擴大至台北醫學大學附設醫院急診室出入口、台北車站北側公車停靠區及馬偕醫院前，以影像辨識系統全時段監控，區域內有車輛違停超過3分鐘，即自動蒐證。
潘懷宗發現，市府轉運站6月取締119件，較2年前開始執法首月抓到410件，減少了291件，違規降低71％；台北車站6月取締175件，較1月執法首月460件減少285件，違規降低62％；北醫6月取締509件，較1月執法首月808件減少299件，違規降低37％。
不過，潘懷宗指出，馬偕醫院外6月取締高達792件，較4月執法首月160件增加632件，違規竟暴增4倍。
潘懷宗說，新冠肺炎本土疫情5月中爆發，進入三級警戒後，多數民眾減少外出次數，但馬偕醫院外違停反倒增加近4倍，他認為科技執法希望達到交通安全與順暢，但� ....
