Feb 18, 2021 William L. “Bill” Sowich, 68, of Reedsville, passed away Sunday, Feb. 14, 2021, at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville. Born Oct. 27, 1952, in Williamsport, he was the son of the late Lewis “Sue” and Ruth V. (Orso) Sowich. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Suzanne Bartholomew. He is survived by his wife, Nancy A. (Newman) Sowich, whom he married in 2002; children, Broc Walters, of Lewistown, Audra Mazzante and husband, Michael, of Williamsport, and Adam Sowich, of Williamsport; four grandchildren, Emma Walters, Quentin Mazzante, Camerin Mazzante, and Kaylin Mazzante. He was a 1970 graduate of Williamsport High School. Bill earned his business degree at Williamsport Area Community College and a bachelor’s degree in education at Lock Haven University.
