比亚迪连遭减持市值蒸发1000亿
芯研所7月19日消息，比亚迪股价在今年1月冲上278港元新高后，已陆续被多名重要股东减持。截至7月16日周五收盘，比亚迪股价报212.4港元。7月13日-7月16日，比亚迪股价已连跌4天，累计跌幅达16%，总市值蒸发近1000亿元。
根据港交所披露易，价值投资派代表人物李录旗下的喜马拉雅资本近期连续两日减持比亚迪H股，共计1077.15万股，涉资24.39亿港元。其中，7月8日，喜马拉雅资本减持比亚迪H股714.4万股，每股均价227.6229港元，套现逾16.26亿港元，持股比重由7.03%降至6.35%；7月9日，喜马拉雅资本再度以每股224.18港元均价卖出363万股比亚迪股份H股，套现8.13亿港元，持股比例从6.35%下降至6%。

Intel欲2000亿买下 AMD“前女友” GF
半导体行业近年来出现了多个天量级的整合、并购，NVIDIA 400亿美元收购了ARM，AMD花了350亿美元收购赛灵思，Intel现在准备花300亿美元（约合1939亿元）收购GF格芯，后者可是AMD“前女友”。
芯研所7月19日消息，考虑到Intel、GF、AMD之间的复杂关系，这笔300亿美元的收购很有意思，但完成的难度也不低。日前有GF的代表称他们还没有收到Intel公司发来的收购要约。
Intel都要收购GF了，为什么GF的人连正式通知都没收到？分析称Intel很可能是跟GF的母公司阿联酋的穆巴达拉投资基金谈判，后者100%持有GF公司，AMD之前持有的少数股份前几年就清光了。
