KWM assists Namoi Cotton in $12 million raising
King & Wood Mallesons (KWM) is pleased to announce it has advised Namoi Cotton Limited (Namoi Cotton) on its institutional placement and share purchase plan targeted to raise approximately A$12 million.
Namoi Cotton will use the proceeds of the capital raising to provide Namoi Cotton with balance sheet flexibility to be harvest ready for the expected increase in cotton production in 2022 (FY23) and to fund strategic initiatives to strengthen and grow the business.
The KWM team advising on the transaction was led by Senior Consultant John Humphrey, partner Rhys Casey, senior associate Matt McKeown and solicitors Tamara Akl and Kate Cincotta.
