Kozhikode:  Sri Lankan Cabinet minister of Youth Affairs Namal Rajapaksa congratulated Arya Rajendran who was sworn-in on Monday as the youngest mayor of Thiruvananthapuram Corporation, the largest urban body in Kerala.
The minister tweeted his appreciation about Arya via Twitter.
