After the Oklahoma County Commissioners voted in favor of building the new Oklahoma County Jail at a site near E Grand Blvd and SE 15th St. on Wednesday afternoon, the City of Del City released a statement announcing they would be taking legal action.
The Allen County commissioners have proposed landscape mounding and other measures to screen the site of the proposed new Allen County jail from residential neighbors.
