ITHACA, N.Y. (WHCU) – The murder conviction of 27 year-old Nagee Green is upheld by New York’s State Supreme Court Appellate Division.
The Tompkins County District Attorney’s Office announced the ruling. Green was convicted in 2017 for the murder of Ithaca College student Anthony Nazaire and also the for stabbing a second Ithaca College Student. District Attorney Matt Van Houten says the decision represents the final product of extensive judicial review of two trials for Nagee Green.
He was sentenced to a term of twenty years in state prison.
