'Conduct counselling, encourage SSLC repeaters to write exams'

Describing the initiative as the need of the hour, Child Rights Trust director Nagasimha G Rao demanded the education department to conduct counselling on a regular basis to motivate and encourage students who hesitate to write SSLC examinations. “The counsellors have to tell the students that the writing examinations are just one part of life, and failing in examinations is not a crime or the end of the world as there are opportunities to attempt them again,’’ he said. ....
