Vellore police on Thursday arrested seven persons, including a juvenile, for allegedly forcing a woman to remove her hijab at the Vellore Fort Complex in Tamil Nadu.
A forest fire in the Kodaikanal range in the Dindigul district of Tamil Nadu has been extinguished, a State forest department official said on Thursday.
