Marking this year's National Disaster Resilience Month, Mayor Emi Calixto-Rubiano assured the city government is ready to respond to any disaster that may occur within communities. Rubiano said the Pasay local government unit (LGU) is prepared to impose force evacuation in times of disasters, contingency plans in the event of earthquake or fire, early warning flag system as well as pushing information and education drive for disaster resiliency.
