Firefighters from pinole and the surrounding area are using shovels to dig up the pipes and possibly using heavy machinery to break into it. It started around 8 00 tonight when a customer here at the best buy in pinole heard the faint voice of a man calling for help. At first they couldnt figure out where it was coming from. And then they tracked it to a storm drain. The Security Guard at best buy said the man was sleeping in the pipe which is slante ....
