This is what it looked like in a time lapse this morning on bay area bridges. Definitely enough to cause some problems on the road. Like this wreck we caught on the bay bridge. You can see the tesla in the far left lane hydroplane, crossing all lanes of traffic before smashing into the barrier on the side of the bridge and spinning into the path of an oncoming truck.
